A long time ago at a breakfast table far, far away...

I was a kid who enjoyed the days of cereal with cool "prizes," many of which were fueled by my interests of the time. One such interest? STAR WARS. As a parent, I'm doing my best to make sure that The Force is strong with my daughters, and when General Mills started putting STAR WARS pens in boxes of cereal last year, we scored a couple - and R2-D2 was a big hit. Now, they're doing it again, with STAR WARS pens included in specially-marked boxes of Big G Cereals through the end of the year, complimented online by CEREAL WARS: THE EDIBLE EPISODES. Since we've got a couple of years to wait until Disney releases J.J. Abrams' STAR WARS: EPISODE VII for big screen, how about some small screen action? I even made an Edible Episode of my own...

Big Cereal WarsCEREAL WARS: THE EDIBLE EPISODES can all be viewed at this location, where you can also request a scene or win some cool prizes!

The 2013 STAR WARS collectible pen characters include: Darth Vader, Yoda, Chewbacca, Clone Trooper, Mace Windu, Obi Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker and Jango Fett, all packed within specially-marked Big G cereals while supplies last (end of December 2013). Participating cereals include: Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese’s Puffs, Golden Grahams, Cocoa Puffs, Trix and Lucky Charms.

What would you like to see in a #CerealWars Episode? I think I'm going to make more myself...
