Last fall, Bandai America relaunched Tamagotchi, proving once more that the 90s resurgence was picking up steam. Now, a year later, that movement continues and today comes news that Bandai is rolling out another release for Fall 2018. The original Tamagotchi device, which took the world by storm in 1997, returns this fall featuring eight original colors and eight brand new colors. This new release will be rolled out in two generations and will feature the same original programming that consumers came to adore from over two decades ago.

September 1, 1998 marks the 20th Anniversary of the U.S. publication of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and to celebrate the milestone anniversary, Scholastic has released a commemorative video that captures the excitement of readers of all ages and the impact of the iconic series by J.K. The annual Batman Day may take place on September 15th each year, but on September 19, the City of Walla Walla, Washington will once again honor a man whose portrayal of the Caped Crusader has been loved by generations. The Second Annual Adam West Day will find Walla Walla paying tribute to the life of its favorite son — known the world over as Batman and later the voice of Mayor Adam West on the show The Family Guy — in a way that only West’s hometown can.

GIN BLOSSOMS, one of the top alt-rock groups of the '90s who celebrated the 25th anniversary of their multi-platinum album New Miserable Experience last year, recently issued their first new album in eight years, MIXED REALITY (produced by Don Dixon). They continue to tour and are as committed to the road as ever (see below for upcoming tour dates). We recently caught up with them and asked how the band maintains their sanity as they log more miles and check in and out of hotels.
