Fisher-Price brings the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette to life... POWER WHEELS style...

Written by

Fisher PriceI'm thinking that Addie's Power Wheels selection needs an upgrade. Just as she's starting to outgrow her Power Wheels Barbie Volkswagen Beetle (little Finley will soon grow into it), Fisher-Price has announced the fastest Power Wheels vehicle in their line... a replica of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray - the Seventh Generation version of the iconic ride from General Motors. With speeds clocking in at a whopping 6mph forward, I could see my speed-obsessed little one rocking the neighborhood in style when this car hits the streets. My Dad used to have a Corvette... and my Step-Dad still does, but I think I dig the Power Wheels version more than the real thing. Check out full specs below, right here on The Rock Father...

 The 2014 Power Wheels Corvette

• Styled just like the new Corvette Seventh Generation.
• At 6 mph (forward), it’s the fastest Power Wheels® in the line!
• Two speeds: 6mph (and 3 mph) forward, 3 mph reverse
• Shiny “chrome” wheels
• Single seat
• Drives on hard surfaces and grass
• Includes 12-volt battery and charger. Long-lasting battery charge.
• Power Lock® brakes

The 2014 Corvette Power Wheels Vehicle hits the streets in September, with Pre-Orders set to begin on Walmart.com and the Fisher-Price Store this month. And I was just checking out the 60th Anniversary Corvette Hot Wheels (from Fisher-Price parent, MATTEL) the other day.  I hope they realize that little girls will be digging these just as much as little boys.
