Rides: Rockin' the Road with Fuel Rewards from Shell...

We drive a lot. And when I say "a lot," I mean it. Our cars log some serious miles each year, with my wife putting at least 80 miles a day on her Chevy, five days-a-week. My adventures are a lot more unexpected and open-ended, but even my daily driver (my little Scion workhorse) has nearly 200,000 miles on it, and even though much of what I do these days involves cruising around town with The Rock Daughters™, we go through a lot of fuel. And you can earn those rewards just by living your life, and doing the things that you're already doing. It's very simple.

It starts with signing-up (for free!) and linking a credit card to your account (MasterCard preferred). New members get a 25¢ per gallon bonus on their 2nd fill-up!

Whenever you shop, dine or make other normal, day-to-day purchases at any merchant or restaurant participating in the Fuel Rewards program, use your linked card to earn cents-per-gallon discounts on fuel - that's Fuel Rewards savings. The savings you earn between fill-ups are then combined to drive down the price you pay at the pump. You everyday habits turn into savings, with no black-out dates and no limit to what you can earn.

You can earn shopping online! You can earn by dining out! You can even earn on travel, with special savings available on hotels, flights, car rentals, and full vacation packages when booked direct through the Fuel Rewards website.

Personally, I downloaded the Fuel Rewards App to my iPhone, and I can quickly locate local offers, and find a Shell station when I'm on the road for a Rock Father adventure in unfamiliar locales.
