Get ready to rock, Chicago...

This Saturday, Guaranteed Rate, the 8th-largest retail mortgage lender in the nation, and the Chicago White Sox are hosting a Rock 'N Roll night - a special event that will treat fans to an amazing evening of rock music, White Sox baseball and a post-game fireworks show. Rock 'N Roll Night kicks off a long-term partnership between Guaranteed Rate and the White Sox per the recently announced agreement to rename the White Sox stadium to Guaranteed Rate Field beginning November 1st.

From the Official Announcement:

“We are huge White Sox fans, and we couldn’t wait to kick off our new partnership with an incredible celebration,” said Victor Ciardelli, President & CEO of Guaranteed Rate. “Rock-n-Roll Night will be a great evening of family fun, and is the first of many such Guaranteed Rate-sponsored events at Guaranteed Rate Field.”

The event starts at 4:30 p.m. with live music inside the stadium by three local rock bands. Then the renowned Jim Cornelison will sing the national anthem to kick off the game between the White Sox and the Minnesota Twins at 6:10pm. Immediately following the game, fans will enjoy a fireworks show and an awesome highlight reel recapping the entire 2016 White Sox season. Specially priced tickets for select seating can be purchased by using offer code RATE when buying tickets at WhiteSox.com/Rate.

“We partnered with Guaranteed Rate to be a partner because of their enthusiasm for Chicago Sports, the White Sox and the city of Chicago,” says Brooks Boyer, senior vice president of sales and marketing with the White Sox. “The company was founded here in Chicago and is a huge hometown success story. Rock-n-Roll Night presented by Guaranteed Rate is just the beginning of what we know will be an amazing collaboration that will be good for the White Sox, the White Sox fans and sports fans across the city.”

Now, it hasn't particularly been the greatest season for the White Sox, but we're big fans here at Rock Father HQ... life-long fans. Closing out the 2016 season with some "ROCK" seems like a great way to prep for a whole new chapter in White Sox baseball with Guaranteed Rate for the 2017 season...
