If you happened to catch the season premiere of Saturday Night Live, you may have seen Kylo Ren Adam Driver as a middle-aged dad getting his first taste of the massively-popular FORTNITE. Playing alongside a pair of 15-year-olds (Pete Davidson and Kyle Mooney), Driver proudly alerts the others that his 11-year-old son loves the game, but it's his first time jumping into the Battle Royale. My own confession: despite covering FORTNITE for ages, I just downloaded it to my Xbox One a few weeks ago, somehow getting the "Victory Royale" twice within my first few matches. Somewhat creepily, one of the kids in my squad said he was 9-years-old (same as my oldest daughter) as he asked me if I "know about building stuff." The kids may have their FORTNITE, but they're always amazed when I tear them up while playing Street Fighter II. Check out the sketch below!

If you're a console gamer like I am, this won't apply to you, but if PC gaming is your thing and you're currently playing EA's Star Wars: Battlefront II, this might be up your alley. Mods are a big deal to a lot of PC gamers, and Battlefront already has its share, but one in particular that came across my twitter feed this morning is pretty fantastic. I've mentioned it before, but SNL's Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base sketch still holds up as being a delightful piece of Star Wars comedy - one that has a lot of re-watch potential. Many became fans of Matt the Radar Technician (Kylo Ren in disguise), and now you can play as Matt in Battlefront II is mods are your thing. Check out the video below!

Is Kylo Ren's body a wonderland? Following the now-classic Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base SNL sketch in which it is touted that Kylo Ren "is shredded" and "has an eight pack," Adam Driver had the chance to show the goods in Rian Johnson's Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Indeed, while some audiences (and Rey) were surprised to see a shirtless Kylo Ren hanging out on his First Order Star Destroyer,  others took note of his unusually high-waisted pants. One such viewer was John Mayer, and he rung in the new year by launching the #KyloRenChallenge on Instagram. As of this writing, there's over 1,043 participants on Instagram, proving that The Force is strong with those looking to show off what they've got. Don't want to see some skin? You can turn back now...

This past weekend, Disney and Lucasfilm played host to the global media event for STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI. The cast and crew gathered in downtown L.A. to meet with press, and one group was an in-house team - namely, THE STAR WARS SHOW. Today their latest episode was released, and hosts Anthony Carboni and Andi Gutierrez sit down with director Rian Johnson, along with John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Laura Dern, Oscar Issac, Kelly Marie Tran, Domhnall Gleeson, and Mark Hamill. Who knew that Kylo Ren was "a big Christmas guy?" According to Adam Driver, Kylo is all about "the giving." That's not a huge surprise, as you can purchase a Kylo Ren Nutcracker, so that's pretty festive. Check out the latest episode of THE STAR WARS SHOW below...

Earlier this morning, a new trailer for STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS emerged on the YouTube Channel for Walt Disney Studios Japan. While shorter than it's American counterpart, this new trailer contains a ton of new footage and dialog, some of which can certainly be considered "SPOILER" territory for some, though it's really just an extension of moments that we've already seen. Personally, I love how much Rey (Daisy Ridley) is echoing Luke Skywalker in those desert shots - and the APOCALYPSE NOW-styled arrival of TIE Fighters from The First Order is just incredible. December 18th can't get here soon enough. See the new trailer below!
