It's been more than 50 years since Stan Lee and Jack Kirby brought BLACK PANTHER to life in the pages of FANTASTIC FOUR #52. Now, after making his cinematic debut in Captain America: Civil War, T'Challa takes center stage in his own film, clawing its way into theaters on February 16. With a massive cast including Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, with Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis, BLACK PANTHER has been near the top of my must-see list for the year, and today comes a new featurette about how the character finally made the jump from the pages of Marvel comics to the big screen. Check it out!

This summer, I found myself in a room full of Avengers (Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Mackie, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Josh Brolin, Don Cheadle, Sebastian Stan) and a few Guardians of the Galaxy (Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff), too. At Disney's D23 Expo in Anaheim, I was one of the lucky few (thousand) that got to see a first-look trailer for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War. Like many things shown at the event, it was kept under wraps and not seen again outside of that room... until now. Unlike Comic-Con, where grainy Hall H footage tends to leak almost instantly, Marvel somehow kept the Avengers contained until today's release of the long-awaited official trailer for the film. From my own recollection, what you're about to see is very similar to what I witnessed this summer, with a few tweaks.

2017 Holiday Wish GuideAs expected, Marvel Studios' THOR: RAGNAROK lit up the box office during the early days of November, ushering in a heroic start to the holiday movie season. Like the films that have preceded it in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the latest installment is joined by a full line of toys from Hasbro, and among them are a fresh assortment of role-play items and interactive figures. To celebrate the release of the film, Hasbro sent over an assortment for review, and The Rock Daughters™ were more than happy to crack them open for some new adventures. Check out the review and unboxing video below!

Netflix Stream TeamIt's almost time for Frank Castle to have revenge. On November 17, Marvel's The Punisher makes its long-awaited debut as a Netflix Original Series, the latest following Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and The Defenders. Jon Bernthal stars as the title character, a heavily-armed former Marine-turned-vigilante known throughout New York City. On a mission to punish the criminals responsible for the murder of his family, Frank Castle will soon find himself involved in a military conspiracy far bigger than he could possibly imagine. This week, a bunch of my friends are in Los Angeles gearing-up for the red carpet premiere of THOR: RAGNAROK, and while the rest of us have a few more weeks to go before we get to experience the glory of a Thor/Hulk team-up, Marvel Studios is keeping those teasers coming, and the latest focuses on Hela - the Goddess of Death. See Cate Blanchett get "Hela Good" in the featurette below!
