It's time for a Guardians Inferno. As Marvel Studios' GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 heads home this month, today comes the music video for the 1970's MECO-inspired "Guardians Inferno," performed by The Sneepers featuring David Hasselhoff. Quite simply, it's the the finest 1970's Disco music video to not have been shot in the 1970's, and believe it or not - I've seen quite a few. Check out the glorious action (which features much of the Guardians cast, alongside filmmaker James Gunn and Stan Lee) below!

Marvel Studios' ANT-MAN still holds-up as one of our favorite installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a film that I covered extensively back in 2015. After my own children shot their own sequel two years ago, now comes official word that production has begun on ANT-MAN & THE WASP starring Paul Rudd (“Captain America: Civil War,”  “The Fundamentals of Caring”), Evangeline Lilly (“The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies,” “Lost”),  Michael Peña (“The Martian,” Fury”) and Academy Award® winner Michael Douglas (“Behind the Candelabra,” “Wall Street”),  who all return to the roles they originated in the 2015 box office hit “Ant-Man.”  Bobby Cannavale (“Vinyl,” “Chef”), Judy Greer (“War for the Planet of the Apes,” “Wilson”), Abby Ryder Fortson (“Togetherness,” Transparent), Tip “T.I.” Harris (“Sleepless,” “Get Hard”) and David Dastmalchian (“Twin Peaks,” “The Belko Experiment”) also reprise their supporting roles.

Thor and Loki, working together and smiling? Thor and Hulk, sitting together while having a conversation about their mutual love of fire? What kind of madness is coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe this November? In the just-revealed new trailer for THOR: RAGNAROK (which made its debut at SDCC), we get a new look at what looks like the superhero buddy movie we've been missing and just didn't know it. It just looks like everyone is having a ton of fun, and as part of the bigger picture, there's a real sci-fi vibe that makes THOR: RAGNAROK a perfect bridge to when our mighty Asgardian comes face-to-face with the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY when AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR hits theaters next year. Take a look...

The 2017 D23 Expo was absolutely massive, and while I live-tweeted the festivities direct from the show floor, I'm still trying to collect my thoughts on everything that I've seen and heard, even now that I've been back in Illinois for a full day. At the live-action film presentation, Alan Horn, Chairman, Walt Disney Studios, introduced Sean Bailey, President of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production to give an overview of what moviegoers can expect to see across Disney, Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm over the next few years. For a few projects, development is still fairly early on, but ALADDIN was confirmed to be directed by Guy Ritchie, with Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Jasmine and Will Smith as the Genie, with original music by Alan Menken with Pasek & Paul (La La Land) handling lyrics. MULAN will be helmed by Niki Caro (McFarland, USA, Whale Rider), and JUNGLE CRUISE marks the latest Disneyland ride to get a big screen nod, with Dwayne Johnson set to star. Those announcements simply scratch the surface, as the lineup is huge, and I've got all the details below...

Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: Homecoming looks great - the result of a fantastic decision to share the title character between Marvel/Disney and Sony, thus placing him firmly within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That spirit of sharing also spun the other way, with Tony Stark/Iron Man playing a central role in the new film, and today comes the final domestic trailer along with what's likely the final international trailer. While both of those are fantastic, the pair of posters released look like fan art. You can see all of them below, and check out the film in theaters on July 7.
