125chevelleAs far as I can tell, the official announcement hasn't even been made yet, but information regarding a new collection of lullabies from Twinkle Twinkle Little Rock Star has hit the net via a product listing at Amazon (who I won't link to until they begin working with Illinois-based affiliates again). LULLABY VERSIONS OF CHEVELLE is set for a January 7, 2014 release date, bringing a dozen of the Chicago band's biggest hits and fan favorites into a new realm: nursery-friendly songs for baby. Check out the tracklisting below, right here on The Rock Father...

1. The Red
2. Face to the Floor
3. Hats Off to the Bull
4. Vitamin R (Leading Us Along)
5. Send the Pain Below
6. The Clincher
7. Well Enough Alone
8. I Get It
9. Letter from a Thief
10. Jars
11. The Fad
12. Closure

Fun Fact: CHEVELLE is local to the region near Rock Father HQ... so local, that when WONDER WHAT'S NEXT was released in 2002, I sold copies to their family on release date... back when I ran a Sam Goody store. CHEVELLE should have a new album out sometime in 2014 as well. Check 'em out on Facebook for updates.

Lullaby Versions of VolbeatWhile there's some short snippets up on Amazon for the LULLABY VERSIONS OF CHEVELLE, stay tuned - the folks from Twinkle Twinkle Little Rock Star usually hit their YouTube channel with full-length previews. Meanwhile, their LULLABY VERSIONS OF VOLBEAT (pictured left) are due out on December 3, LULLABY VERSIONS OF MARILYN MANSON out November 26, and LULLABY VERSIONS OF JACK JOHNSON Volume 2 (pre-order) arrives on November 19. Previews of all of those can be found on the not-working-with-people-from-Illinois-website, Amazon.
