Animator/Model Maker Charlotte Blacker got in touch last night with a link to a new video that she's just completed for CASPAR BABY PANTS - the kindie alter-ego of Chris Ballew, leader of THE PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. ''We had 2 months to knit and build the puppets as well as animate and edit the piece together,'' said Blacker of the new video. ''We had a lot of fun working on this.''
