When it comes to some cool STAR WARS gifts, Hallmark has been a go-to source for many years. We have a dedicated Xmas tree just for their STAR WARS Keepsake Ornaments, and The Rock Daughters have amassed a robust collection of their STAR WARS itty bittys as well. Now comes news of some new and upcoming offerings that will no doubt expand our collection this year, and what better day to showcase them then on STAR WARS day?

"As big fans of the Star Wars series, we love creating products with the iconic characters of the Star Wars saga," says Christine Taylor of Hallmark Licensing. "Hallmark brings the wit and fun of the characters to life with products that provide the perfect way to connect multiple generations of Star Wars fans."

Han Solo in Carbonite & Boba Fett itty bittys: If you think you've heard of these already, you probably have - after all, I did write about the convention-exclusive versions of them last year. These characters were so sought-after that Hallmark reworked them for 2016, with Boba Fett sneaking into stores this spring, and Han showing up this week as an online-exclusive in synthetic leather.

There's a nice cross-section this year, with a good mix of modern and classic. We've got Han Solo from THE FORCE AWAKENS, along with BB-8 and Poe Dameron's black X-Wing Fighter. There's also a talking Stormtrooper Helmet, and a pretty cool depiction of Darth Vader and Princess Leia facing-off as we first saw them on-screen in 1977's STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE.

I'm surprised it took this long to happen, but Hallmark has finally created a tree-topper, too! If you're gonna have a star atop the tree, it might as well be an LED color-changing Death Star...

Star Wars Dark Side Grilling Mitt and Lightsaber Fork Set: I'm just gonna point out that this is sorta appropriate... Anakin Skywalker does know a thing or so about BBQ.

Look for all of these and a lot more at Hallmark.com, or at your local Hallmark Gold Crown Store.
