It was about a year and a half ago when Hasbro laid out their public plans to build a "cross-property interconnected onscreen universe featuring the brands G.I. JoeMicronautsVisionariesM.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) and ROM." In the comic world, IDW has already brought this to life with REVOLUTION, a crossover comic that also throws TRANSFORMERS into the mix, and at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, fans will be able to purchase the first toys based on the series in a massive "Mega-Set." This is right up my alley...

Celebrate the beyond epic IDW Revolution crossover event with the REVOLUTION Comic Crossover Preview Mega-Set convention exclusive. Featuring 16 characters from seven story worlds, this set serves as a prelude to IDW’s upcoming REVOLUTION: FIRST STRIKE sequel set for later this year. Many characters in this set are making their debut in the 3-3/4” figure format, and for the first time, characters from these brands are presented in a scale that allows the entire Universe to be played together!

In the past he served as a writer for  Fandango Family and PBS KIDS, penned articles for Sprout and PopSugar, and was a contributor to Chicago Parent.
