Spin Master's RUSTY RIVETS Toys Finally Have a Release Date...

Written by

Ever since posting a sneak-preview of Spin Master's RUSTY RIVETS toy collection back in February, one of the most-often-asked questions I get is: "When are those Rusty Rivets toys coming out?" When I was at Sweet Suite in NYC with The Toy Insider earlier this month, I asked one of my friends at Spin Master and was presented with the cryptic "they've been pushed back slightly, but they're coming soon." Today we have the date...

The RUSTY RIVETS Toy Collection will launch August 8, exclusively at Toys "R" Us in North America.

Kids can now build their favorite vehicles and characters like Botasaur within their very own Rivet Lab Playset, while continuing to invent new builds inspired by the ingenuity and innovation seen through Rusty and Ruby.

"As part of our growth strategy to produce evergreen global entertainment properties such as PAW Patrol and most recently Rusty Rivets, we're thrilled kids can now invent alongside the show's hero characters, Rusty and Ruby." said Ben Gadbois, Spin Master's Global President and COO. "Inspired by elements of the maker culture, the Rusty Rivets toy line combines an easy-click system allowing each of the pieces to work interchangeably, encouraging a sense of discovery and open-ended creative play."

To see the full assortment of toys that will be available, check out my earlier preview right here. RUSTY RIVETS airs daily on Nick Jr.
