The second season of eOne's PJ MASKS is airing on Disney Junior, and new adventures means new toys! Ahead of the 115th North American Toy Fair in New York, I already shared with you an early look at the upcoming Super Moon Adventure Rocket Ship, and now we have a look at Just Play's new Romeo's Lab Playset! Either Romeo got a larger lab, or there's a Doctor Who Tardis thing happening where the lab is "bigger on the inside." Either way, this is a proper playset for a proper villain! Take a look...

This spring, the long-awaited second season of eOne's PJ MASKS started airing on Disney Junior, taking our heroes to some new places... like space. This fall, kids will be able to blast-off with Owlette, Gekko and Catboy with a new collection of PJ Masks Super Moon toys from Just Play. Ahead of the 115th North American Toy Fair in New York, here's a sneak-preview of the new collection's flagship playset... the rocket ship!

Last year, I was one of the first to bring you news about Just Play's full line of toys based on Disney Junior's Vampirina. Now, ahead of the 115th North American International Toy Fair in New York, I'm giving you a sneak-peek at what's coming in the Fall of 2018! Kids are gonna go "batty" for the Disney Junior Vampirina Rock N’ Jam Touring Van. This new playset is affordably-priced, and will let kids rock out and jam - just like Vee and her favorite band, The Ghoul Girls! Check this out...

Poop Talk

Comedy Dynamics & Party of 7 Entertinment's new docu-comedy Poop Talk is an open and honest look at a taboo topic in today’s society. It's an inside look at all things poop — from uncensored, embarrassing moments to scientific explanations recounted by 50 experts and comedians including Kumail Nanjiani, Nicole Byer, Adam Carolla, Rob Corddry, Nikki Glaser, Pete Holmes, Eric Stonestreet, Randy and Jason Sklar, Nick Swardson, Dr. Drew Pinsky and many others. To celebrate its release in select theaters, VOD and Digital HD, as the second part of a two-part interview (read part one hereThe Rock Father™ invited The Sklar Brothers (executive producers of the film, in addition to cast and parents) to share some thoughts on some new offerings from one of 2018's hottest trends in play - poop toys. It's a rapid-fire look at some of the crappiest playthings that kids will want this year, and we mean that as a compliment.

Over the past year, there have been a ton of PJ Masks toys released. While I love what Just Play has done with the line, I do think that there comes a point when "overkill" comes into play, and it happens to the best of toy lines. When there's duplication between characters and vehicles in different scales, it can become confusing for families - parents and kids alike. This has happened with PJ Masks, and earlier this year I shared a picture of four different scales of the Catcar, along with five variations of Catboy. Since that time, there's been four additional versions, and an equal collection of Owl Gliders and Gekko Mobiles. Now comes yet a different scale, but it's one that I don't mind at all. In fact, it's a whole new realm when it comes to PJ Masks, and these may be my personal favorites when it comes to this line... PJ Masks diecast. Launched as a Toys "R" Us exclusive to begin with, the first wave consists of five vehicles - the three heroes, alongside Romeo's Lab and the Night Ninja's Bus. I dig 'em.

I've been talking-up Disney Junior's Vampirina for months, and now that the series is officially out, families have quickly fallen in love with The Hauntley family and their adventurous daughter, Vee (Vampirina). Perhaps learning from past experience in which fans of a hit series have to wait months (sometimes years) as their kids constantly ask "when are the toys coming out?," Vampirina launched with a full line of fun products, and at the center of that is a fantastic line of toys from Just Play. On October 13 - yes, Friday the 13th - I will be joining The Toy Insider for their first-ever #Vampirina Twitter Party! We'll be giving friends and followers chances to win some of these incredible new toys! To participate, you must RSVP, so be sure to do that now!
