PUMA and Hasbro are coming together for a new Transformers-themed collection, which means that I will likely be rockin' some Optimus Prime-inspired footwear this winter. The PUMA x TRANSFORMERS capsule range celebrates two iconic Autobots - Bumblebee and Optimus Prime -  infusing their essence into PUMA’s latest RS-X silhouette. Styles for men and kids will arrive this December as a Foot Locker exclusive, just in-time for the release of Bumblebee in theaters.

Over the years, Hasbro's Transformers have appeared in other forms well beyond the typical realm of vehicles and beasts. Almost since the beginning, we've seen these Cybertronian warriors become consumer electronics like radios and cassette tapes, microscopes and even tablets. In the Michael Bay Transformers films, we even got to see them adopt forms like vending machines and toy cars. So what if there was an entire sub-race of Transformers that's always been hiding in plain sight? That's where Hasbro's new collection of Transformers BotBots come in - they're "mischievous little robots who came to life from everyday objects inside a shopping mall!" Officially launched today with a first-wave of 61 unique 1-inch characters to collect, this marks new territory as the Transformers enter the micro-collectibles craze, but like all Transformers, the characters change from an ordinary object into a little robot in just 3-5 easy steps. Check out all the details below, and see a full product gallery on The Rock Father™ Facebook Page.

It's gonna be a huge fall for Hailee Steinfeld. The Academy Award-nominated actress and recording artist will host and perform at the 2018 MTV EMAs airing live globally from Bilbao Exhibition Centre, Spain on Sunday, November 4 at 7:00pm ET/PT. The new gig comes ahead of her lead role in Paramount Pictures' new Transformers spin-off, Bumblebee, and her voice role as Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen in Sony's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. MTV revealed Steinfeld as this year's EMAs host this morning through a Facebook Live sketch that was broadcast across its international platforms.

While it hasn't "officially" been deemed a "reboot," the new trailer for Paramount Pictures' Bumblebee certainly looks to be a fresh start for the cinematic Transformers franchise. If it's not a reboot, it adds to a multitude of continuity errors and conflicting mythology that spawned from the five films under Michael Bay's direction... but if it is a reboot, it's got a solid chance to set up a new franchise that connects generations of fans by finally giving them what they've been asking for: G1 (Generation One) Transformers that actually look like the Hasbro toys and cartoons that audiences first fell in love with nearly 35 years ago. From director Travis Knight (Kubo and the Two Strings), check out the new trailer for Bumblebee below!

A whole bunch of new toys from Hasbro's Transformers: Bumblebee were revealed today, and many went up for pre-order via my friends at Entertainment Earth. One of the hottest items in the bunch is Transformers Studio Series Deluxe Bumblebee and Charlie which was originally intended to be a Toys "R" Us Exclusive, prior to the retailer's sudden collapse. This new figure set is available for pre-order right now, but if you're at all wary of potential "spoilers," beware that the product description and photos might reveal a few surprises when it comes to 'Bee's alt modes...

It's a big day for Transformers as new toys from Paramount Pictures' Bumblebee Movie just hit pre-order (see them all here) and a whole bunch of new items from Cartoon Network's Transformers: Cyberverse just hit the streets. But that's not all - as some other items got into the mix including new plush keychains and an anticipated addition to the preschool-geared Rescue Bots line. My friends at Entertainment Earth just put them up for pre-order, so lets take a look...
