It’s time for the spice to flow as Starbucks plans to flip the seasonal switch on August 25.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte, aka the iconic PSL, will return for another round, leading a fall menu loaded with pumpkin-, pecan-, banana bread-, and cider-inspired flavors. The latest rollout also brings new food, limited-edition drinkware, and enough orange-hued energy to make late August feel like sweater weather.

New for 2026, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso joins the Pumpkin Spice Chai and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha. Returning favorites include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.

Pecan also returns with the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, and Pecan Crunch Latte.

Starbucks is betting on banana beyond the fall season with two new drinks inspired by warm banana bread. The Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai blend banana, cinnamon, and brown sugar flavors into dessert-minded beverages designed to stick around after the pumpkins disappear.

Another newcomer, the Chaider, combines chai with cider-inspired notes of cinnamon and sweet spice. Customers can order it hot or iced.

The food menu adds a Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket featuring chicken, bacon, and garlic-herb cheese spread, wrapped in toasted whole-wheat lavash. A Hedgehog Cake Pop joins the bakery case, while the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin makes its seasonal comeback.

Dedicated Pumpkin Spice Latte fans can also find the PSL Society merchandise collection, featuring new drinkware and a hat built for anyone who treats the latte’s return like a national holiday.

Starbucks fall coffees, creamers, and ready-to-drink products have already started appearing in grocery stores. And, in true Rock Father fashion, I’ve been brewing up the Pumpkin Spice K-Cups here at HQ for the past two weeks, so don’t go crying “too early” on me.

Summer still has a few weeks left, but Starbucks is ready to send in the pumpkins, and I heartily approve. See more on the lineup here.
