For Halloween Week, it’s only appropriate to take a deeper look at the infamous DEATH WALKS THE STREETS #1: A NEW MARSHALL FALL. The “Halloween issue” was ripe in seasonal goodness, a heavily-detailed affair featuring the artwork of Guilherme Balbi (DC’s SUPERBOY, Dark Horse’s PREDATOR), along with the gorgeous interior color work of Milen Parvanov (DC’s RESIDENT EVIL, Lion Forge’s KNIGHT RIDER). With The Organization running things in New Marshall, it’s to be expected that certain things will “fall off the truck” on occasion… or the whole truck will just wind up in the wrong hands. What bounty would Michael find himself tasked with unloading in the first moments of DWTS #1? Halloween candy… specifically, “Choco-Bats.”
About “31 Days of Death Walks the Streets”:
DEATH WALKS THE STREETS (DWTS) is a genre-bending transmedia entertainment property created by James Zahn in 2004… long before becoming “The Rock Father.” In celebration of it’s 10th Anniversary and the Halloween Season, 31 DAYS OF DEATH WALKS THE STREETS is a spin-off of the annual “31 Days of Halloween” feature, presenting an inside look at some materials from the comic book series and the intended DWTS film series.
