For the better part of the past decade, horror fans in and around the Chicago area have been attending the annual 24-hour film festival known as THE MASSACRE each and every October. With the spooky Fall season close at hand (my favorite season of all), The Massacre will return once more, moving to a larger location – The Portage Theater (4050 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60641) on October 20th. Presented by Movieside, as always, The Massacre (Get tixRSVP on Facebook) will boast round-the-clock feature films, vintage trailers, vendors, special guests, a costume contest, zombie make-up station, a charity auction for Vital Bridges, and more.  Having attended several of these myself, I heartily recommend checking it out.  Full details below…
