According to Zillow, $1.8 million, a 2% increase over 2022. The Clauses first claimed their North Pole abode on Zillow back in 2016 and while this cool property isn’t on the market, curious real estate aficionados can tour it thanks to a new floor plan generated using artificial intelligence (AI).
The cozy North Pole cabin includes Santa’s Mailroom, a Gift-Wrapping Suite, and more — including some recent upgrades like a naughty-or-nice detector, custom elf door, and a hot cocoa bar.
“Rest assured, Santa is not selling his beloved home,” says Amanda Pendleton, Zillow’s home trends expert. “The Clauses wanted to spread joy this holiday season by adding new photos and virtual experiences to their home details page on Zillow. This immersive technology makes it easy to imagine the spicy, sugary scent of gingerbread fresh out of Santa’s cookie-baking oven, the nostalgic sounds of classic Christmas carols crackling on the record player, and the comfort of sliding into a pair of well-worn slippers warmed by the fire.”
