I was Darth Vader for at least three Halloweens in the early 1980s. I’ve also owned many action figures based on the Dark Lord of the Sith, and currently rock a pair of the STAR WARS x VANS Darth Vader slip-on skate shoes on a pretty regular basis. Bottom line: I can certainly appreciate kids that want to be Darth Vader.
