Despite all the cute photos I tend to post of The Rock Daughters™ and our family, my wife and I deal with cranky, angry kids at multiple points within each and every day. I like to say “Grumpelstiltskin” (which the girls hate), which is even more amusing since the Sugar Free Allstars just released a song and video with some similar thinking. Chris “Boom!” Wiser (SFA frontman) said the song was inspired by his own family saying “I have two young boys and when they are both cranky at the same time my wife and I literally want to run and hide…..and I’m sure that’s the way they feel about us on the mornings we discover that we are out of coffee.” The video is a fun funk filled jam that any parent and kid can relate to. Also, be sure to look for the very special guest appearance from Genevieve Goings (from Choo Choo Soul) on female vocals in the song and in the video.
