Life Lessons... the winners of The Rock Father's BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD giveaway...

Beasts Awhile back, I posted a giveaway here on The Rock Father that came with a unique method of entry. Instead of just throwing up an entry widget or taking a “like” or a “follow” for the a chance at a prize, I took a cue from the prize itself to accept entries. BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD has garnered four Academy Award Nominations in addition to numerous other noms and wins over the past few months. Since it’s a story about life lessons passed from Father to Child, I asked readers to submit to me a story of a lesson that they’ve learned, or one they’ve passed onto their children. I chose two winners, each of which will soon receive a copy of BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD on Blu-Ray, courtesy of 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. And now, the winning submissions…
