As the final countdown continues leading up to the April 2 end of ROCK BAND DLC after an impressive run of more than five years, there’s a few more songs yet to hit the platform. This Tuesday brings a pair of hits from the 1980s, with the OINGO BOINGO classic “Weird Science” along with the cheesy TOTO hit “Rosanna” coming to the platform. Full details below…
On March 12th, American new wave band Oingo Boingo’s “Weird Science,” from the band’s fourth studio album, 1985’s Dead Man’s Party, will hit the Rock Band Music Store! Led by composer/vocalist Danny Elfman, Oingo Boingo wrote the track for the cult classic 1985 sci-fi comedy film of the same name.

Available on Xbox 360, Wii, and PlayStation®3 system (March 12th, 2013):
- Oingo Boingo – “Weird Science”
- Toto – “Rosanna”
(These tracks will be available in Europe on PlayStation®3 system March 13th)
Are you still rockin’ on ROCK BAND with your family and friends? I think we need to watch the official video from OINGO BOINGO’s “Weird Science” for good measure…
