The folks over at Nickelodeon have just launched a new DORA & FRIENDS Preschool App on iOS based on their new series, DORA & FRIENDS: INTO THE CITY. In this new adventure, kids can choose from ten locations from the series, including the Arco Iris Cafe, the magical cave and the beach; dozens of props like cameras, microphones and blankets; and several Latin-influenced musical tracks from the series to help bring the scene of their own creation to life. Users also can create up to four customized friends and select different hairstyles, facial features, outfits and even names, as well as record their own voices which can be incorporated into the story. Check out a trailer below, right here on THE ROCK FATHER…
If you have the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, the App is available for just $3.99 in the App Store. It has been optimized for iPhone 5.
Global phenomenon Dora sets off on her next big adventure in Dora and Friends: Into the City!, a brand-new animated preschool series starring the Latina heroine in new adventures, with new friends and a new interactive curriculum. Throughout her journeys, Dora uses Map App on her smartphone and a magical charm bracelet to navigate the city and overcome any obstacle. In the new series, Dora continues to be a good friend, leader, and problem-solver with a group of new friends–Kate, Naiya, Emma, Alana and Pablo-who share her passion for learning and exploring. Created by Chris Gifford and Valerie Walsh Valdes (Dora the Explorer, Go, Diego, Go!), the series airs weekdays during the preschool block on Nickelodeon.
