If I was at SXSW, in addition to hanging with The First Order, I would’ve been able to meet up with my old pal, Bumblebee, as well. TRANSFORMERS have a huge presence in Texas right now, and those who attended the TRANSFORMERS party were able to sip custom cocktails like The Marg-a-tron and Bumblee-tini, all while rocking rocked out to an exclusive live performance by Mount Holly, who performed their new title track Roll Out from the upcoming Transformers-inspired studio album Roll Out. The festivities were all tied to the release of the upcoming mobile game,TRANSFORMERS: EARTH WARS, and the launch of Optimus Prime’s official Snapchat account (username: optimusprime, of course).
Those who pre-register for TRANSFORMERS: EARTH WARS (I already did) will receive a free downloadable character when the game launches in all of its G1 goodness later this year.
