It’s an interesting coincidence that just last week I spent a few days at Smucker’s company headquarters (more on that soon), and tonight I got an email from the JELLY OF THE MONTH CLUB. But the latter isn’t delicious jelly at all – it’s rock of the Kindie variety, a new group that features some familiar faces. Their debut album, INTRODUCING: JELLY OF THE MONTH CLUB was just released yesterday, and right now I’m sharing their new music video for “Brand New Friend.”
JELLY OF THE MONTH CLUB features Bud Gaugh (drummer from Sublime); Capt. Dr. Todd (horns and keys from Sublime & Sublime with Rome); Bert Susanka (lead singer of the Ziggens); Mic Dangerously (lead singer and guitarist from the funk rock band Zen Robbi); and Mr. Crumb (lead singer, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist from his own alternative rock group, Mr. Crumb), all playing music geared toward audiences “1-100” –
