There is no disputing that THE HUNGER GAMES is a huge deal right now, and nothing solidifies that more than when a property becomes so much a part of popular culture that is warrants it’s own parody. On November 8, Ketchup Entertainment will release THE STARVING GAMES, a new send-up from Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the dastardly duo behind EPIC MOVIE, DATE MOVIE, DISASTER MOVIE, MEET THE SPARTANS, VAMPIRES SUCK, and the forthcoming FAST AND THE FURIOUS parody, SUPERFAST. With Halloween happening tomorrow (and THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE out November 22), a special feature just landed here at Rock Father HQ, and it’s prime for inclusion right here in the “For Grownups” section of the site. When Candy Corn is involved, all bets are off. So who is sponsoring THE STARVING GAMES? Scroll through the gallery below to find out…

THE STARVING GAMES stars Maiara Walsh (“Switched at Birth”), Cody Allen Christian (“Surrogates,” “Pretty Little Liars,”) and Brant Daugherty (“Dancing with the Stars,” “Pretty Little Liars,” “Days of Our Lives”). The film is rated PG-13 for crude and sexual content, comic violence, language and partial nudity. Not a flick for the kids, but probably good for grownups, right?
