While this one’s been out since last year, I’ve never featured CRYSTAL LAKE‘s cover of LIMP BIZKIT‘s “Rollin'” here on the site, so it’s time. The Japanese band reworked the 2000 single from Fred Durst and Co for their 2014 CUBES EP, and the results are pretty entertaining… if you were a fan of the original track, as was I. Check this one out below to kick off your week…

The original video for “Rollin’ (Air Raid Vehicle)” can be seen below – a relic from what I’ve long-considered to be a more fun era. Music was still a viable way to make money, The World Trade Center towers were still standing, and you could put Limp Bizkit on the top of them to perform on a helipad while the action was captured from the air. Those days are behind us now…
