FOX International’s BabyTV has been releasing Apps for the iPhone and iPad for awhile now, and as of this week, they’ve added a new one to their growing library. LEARNING GAMES FOR KIDS focuses on “early learning concepts including color recognition, numeracy, matching & sorting as well as encouraging language development” for kids 2-5. It’s available exclusively from the Apple App Store (click here for iPhone, or here for iPad) for the next 45 days, after which it will become available on Google Play as well.
Featuring characters from BabyTV’s new series, HIPPA HIPPA HEY, the standard version of the Learning Games app can be downloaded free of charge. The enhanced version, which includes access to 5 different game types with over 100 levels, is available for $2.99. Popular activities and puzzles include ‘three of a kind’, ‘complete the picture’ and ‘find the missing object’.
BabyTV is a 24-hour, commercial-free channel for babies and toddlers, currently available in over 100 countries. For more on BabyTV and where to see it (unfortunately, it’s only on Dish Network in our area, so we don’t have it at Rock Father HQ), check out http://www.babytv.com
