I’ve held what some would consider a very unpopular opinion when it comes to BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE… “unpopular” in the realm of those who write about pop culture on the internet, it would seem – but not necessarily unpopular for general audiences, those who’ve already helped the film approach nearly a billion dollars in global box office receipts. I very much enjoyed the film, writing a formal review as my last task as part of the for-now-shuttered “Fandango Family Digital Network.” Since BvS opened in March, we’ve all known that a longer, “Ultimate Edition” would be headed home this summer, and tonight we’ve got the trailer for the extended cut, which comes to Digital HD on 6/28 and Blu-Ray on 7/19.
