On February 24, KID ROCK is back with his first release for Warner Bros. Records when FIRST KISS hits the streets. This week, the video for the title track arrived – a nostalgic tune that’s getting a lot of comparisons to Bryan Adams’ “Summer of ’69” (especially that opening riff), and one that’s got a lot of crossover appeal, but a real warm weather vibe to help with these cold months we’re in. Check it out below, right here on THE ROCK FATHER…
Dig the track? Pre-order the album now on Amazon or iTunes.
Speaking of KID ROCK, I may or may not appear in the booze-fueled video below, shot on New Year’s Eve/Day 2000. What can I say? Y2K was supposed to happen, so I strapped on a guitar… but it really gets good around the 42-second mark.
