Steven Spielberg’s 1975 film, JAWS, was an unexpected and unintentional phenomenon – one that almost didn’t happen. As history and legend has shown, the fact that “Bruce” the Shark barely worked helped shape the film – one that frightened audiences by showing that “less is more.” Over the past four decades, JAWS has become a franchise rivaled in number only by the JAMES BOND 007 films – racking up and incredible 17 sequels to Spielberg’s original film… and now it’s time for 18. JAWS 19 will premiere with a special cast and crew screening at The Hill Valley Cineplex 15, located adjacent to the The Lone Pine Mall. Tickets are on-sale now. Attendees will only be allowed to exit and re-enter the auditorium for concessions prior to the start of the screening, but all are advised to be back in time for the start, as doors will be closed.
