Last week, Jimmy Kimmel returned to his hometown of Brooklyn for another string of shows. While there, the mighty Wu-Tang Clan showed up to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of their debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) by performing a few tracks (watch: C.R.E.A.M., Protect Ya Neck) after which RZA and Method Man sat down with Jimmy to answer some “ridiculous questions” over CÎROC Black Raspberry cocktails. After the show, Kimmel was seen hanging at the afterparty at Brooklyn hotspot, Hometown Bar-B-Que with owner, Billy Durney. The party kept rockin’ with Kimmel getting behind the bar (pictured top, courtesy CÎROC Vodka) to mix-up some Bramble cocktails. Want to make some of your own at home? Here’s how to do it…
BRAMBLE
- 1.5 oz CÎROC Black Raspberry
- .5 oz Lime juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 3 Blackberries
- Glass: Rock
- Garnish: Blackberries
Muddle the blackberries in the rocks glass, add crushed ice. Add the rest of the ingredients in a shaker with one ice cube only. Strain into the rocks glass and garnish.
BLACK RASPBERRY ROYALE
- 1.5 oz CÎROC Black Raspberry
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- .5 oz Raspberry liqueur
- Top up with Champagne
- Glass: Champagne
- Garnish: Twist
Add all ingredients in a shaker except the champagne. Add ice, shake well. Strain into a flute glass and add the champagne and garnish.
