Next year’s version of the Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) isn’t much different than this year’s model.

Kia America sent over the full specs for its 2022 Kia Niro PHEV and the biggest updates are essentially in branding. The new edition features updated badging on its front grille, steering wheel hub, tailgate, and wheel center caps.

The vehicle delivers an EPA-estimated 26 miles of all-electric range on a single charge. Running as a hybrid, the Niro can deliver a combined 46 mpg using its mix of electric and gas. Three-tier pricing starts at $29,590 for the LXS; $33,390 EX; and $36,495 for the EX Premium.
