These milestones and anniversaries just keep hitting, and with each one, I still can’t believe that the early 90s were 20 years ago and that I’m a “grownup” with kids now. The latest reminder of days gone by is that THE BREEDERS are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of their LAST SPLASH album with that lineup reunited, and a reissue of the record. I still have my original CD that I purchased two decades ago (pictured below). The band embark on the LSXX Tour, with the first date going on-sale this morning. Details below…
“The reunited Last Splash lineup of the Breeders – Kim Deal, Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs and Jim Macpherson – will play their first concert date in nearly 20 years on Friday, March 29 at the Bell House in Brooklyn, NY. To mark the reissue of the 20th anniversary of the band’s Platinum-selling album, the Breeders will perform Last Splash live, from start to finish.”
Tickets for the Bell House show go on sale TODAY – Wednesday, January 30 at 12NOON ET. Visit http://thebreederslsxx.com/ for more details.
