The movie makes its debut on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD, and On Demand on June 14th, 2016, arriving on Digital HD two weeks early – May 31st – from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
About the Film: Lea must face her fears as she travels deep into the Brazilian rainforest to solve the mystery of her missing brother. In her quest to find him, she befriends Amazonian tribespeople, helps save endangered animals, and must outwit ruthless animal poachers. Starring Maggie Elizabeth Jones (We Bought a Zoo) and Hallie Todd (“Lizzie McGuire”), American Girl: Lea to the Rescue is the latest in a long line of fresh, modern and family-friendly films from American Girl, that also includes Grace Stirs Up Success, Isabelle Dances Into The Spotlight, Saige Paints The Sky, and McKenna Shoots for the Stars.
