 When it comes to STAR WARS: EPISODE I – THE PHANTOM MENACE, Ray Park’s physical portrayal (and lightsaber badassness) of Darth Maul will forever remain a highlight. His voice, however, was provided by actor Peter Serafinowicz – a British actor who would later tackle memorable roles in SPACED and SHAUN OF THE DEAD, and appear in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY. This summer, he’s even got a scene-stealing turn as “Aldo” in the Melissa McCarthy/Jason Statham comedy, SPY… and today is his birthday.  As for Darth Maul, his 2013 “Black Series” edition is today’s feature in Hasbro’s Force Friday Countdown Calendar, presented here alongside another version that I have here at Rock Father HQ…
