If you’ve ever had the urge to eat GREEN EGGS AND HAM, you’re sort of in luck. While they’re not literally as green as those featured in the famous 1960 book by DR. SEUSS, IHOP is serving up their take on the famous dish as a cross-promotion for the new big-screen version of THE LORAX. The ham isn’t actually green at all, but the eggs are scrambled with creamed spinach included. That’s not all, as they’ve got some other Seuss-inspired menu items this week.
I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t want to go to IHOP right now. I’m not going, but I kinda want to. My wife’s response was “IHOP sucks,” so I doubt we’ll be going anytime soon. But yeah, I want some pancakes.
