It’s been in the works since 2020, and now, Hit Parader’s No Cover is dropping the curtain on its first season. The reality series focuses on “changing the lives of unsigned artists,” and it flips the script on the typical formula by focusing on original music — no cover songs.

Hosted by Kellin Quinn (Sleeping With Sirens) Caity Babs (SiriusXM), and Matt Pinfield (MTV’s 120 Minutes), No Cover features five industry judges — Alice Cooper, Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Gavin Rossdale (Bush), Bishop Briggs, and Tosin Abasi (Animals as Leaders) — each of whom gets brutally honest with budding rockstars. No Cover was filmed at the Troubador and Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood.

Winning artists will score a “six-figure” recording contract with Sumerian Records, booking agency representation from UTA, management from the Shelter Music Group, festival placement via Danny Wimmer Presents, studio time at Nightbird Recording Studios, fresh gear from Gibson, plus the opportunity for brand endorsements and licensing opportunities.

Additionally, Guitar Center is on board to provide a shopping spree for the winners, and additional sponsors including Liquid Death, Earnie Ball, Mesa Engineering, and Discmakers.

Check out Hit Parader’s No Cover, debuting exclusively on YouTube April 20, 2022.
