The Blue Blur is speeding back into action on April 8 when Paramount Pictures’ Sonic the Hedgehog 2 hits theaters.

Of course, Sonic needs some tunes, and this time around, it’s Kid Cudi checking in with the only original song featured in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

New Music Friday kicks off with the music video for “Stars In The Sky,” a cut performed by Kid Cudi and produced by Take A Daytrip and Dot Da Genius. Check it out:

“Stars In The Sky,” made its global broadcast premiere on various Paramount linear channels in the U.S., including MTV, MTV Live, MTVU, BET Jams, and Nick Music as well as on the Paramount Times Square billboard.

Since it is #FlashbackFriday, you could also spin it back to 2020 to revisit Sonic the Hedgehog‘s “Speed Me Up” by Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Yachty, and Sueco the Child.
