On May 19, the fourth film based on Jeff Kinney’s smash hit Diary of a Wimpy Kid series arrives in theaters with the release of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul. To celebrate the release, 20th Century Fox and The Rock Father™ have teamed-up to give you a shot at winning a $50 Gift Card to see the film in theaters, along with a hardcover copy of the original book! Before we get started, how about you go Wimp Yourself?
Indeed, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul. has a brand new site where you can create your own family road trip photo in the style of Jeff Kinney’s Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I took it for a spin and Wimped our whole family – but in full disclosure, I did have to Photoshop a proper goatee onto myself since there was no option for that on the site…
In Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul, based on the record-breaking bookseries, a family road trip to attend Meemaw’s 90th birthday party goes hilariously off course–thanks to Greg’s newest scheme to (finally!) become famous.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul stars Jason Ian Drucker, Charlie Wright, Owen Asztalos, Tom Everett Scott and Alicia Silverstone. The film was directed by David Bowers from a screenplay written by he and author Jeff Kinney. Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson serve as producers.
