With STAR WARS REBELS Season 3 set to premiere on Saturday, September 24 (8:30 p.m. ET) on Disney XD, it’s time for a refresher on what happened in Season 2 (just-released on Blu-ray and DVD). My friends at Disney put together a 2.5 minute look at the second season, essential viewing – especially for those not already well-versed in the ways of The Force. I’ve been saying since the beginning that STAR WARS REBELS is a must-watch, and with the events of the series having definitive connections to both the upcoming ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS Story and the in-progress new trilogy that kicked off with THE FORCE AWAKENS, there’s much adventure to be had – a series for lifelong STAR WARS fans and new viewers alike!
