After a San Diego Comic-Con sneak-preview last summer, the first official trailer for Warner Bros’ JUSTICE LEAGUE is finally here. This long-awaited installment of the DC Extended Universe will arrive in theaters this November, uniting Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller), and while he’s absent from this trailer and the marketing, you can bet we see a rebirth of Superman (Henry Cavill) at some point. After all, while he was sacrificed at the end of last year’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, the familiar “S” is present on the film’s official website, and it’s long-been known that Kal-El never stays down for long. Check out the trailer below…
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Stay tuned for more on Justice League in the months ahead…
