When we last left the Growums, Tomicio, Baby Basil, Regan O., and Belle Peppa were comfortably settling into their coco pellets for a healthy dose of sunlight and warm water. It’s been just over a week since the first installment of The Rock Father’s Growums Adventure was posted, and this morning an email arrived here at Rock Father HQ from Captain Eggplant, reminding us to check on our Pizza Garden.

captainemailWell, we’ve actually been checking on the Pizza Garden every day, as the Growums have been living in our kitchen for the past 10 days or so. Every morning, the little one and I make sure that they’re getting just the right amount of sunlight and water (we hope it’s just right), while taking a look at their growth progress.

So how are they now? Let’s take a look…

Scroll down just a bit…

The Growums have sprouted all the way around! While they’re a little hard to see, there are sprouts in the Pepper pellets – they’re just really small right now. The Growums were also due for some water.

As per Captain Eggplant’s instructions, we paid a quick visit to Growums.com for this week’s video. We’re right on schedule, so we’ll update again in another week or so.

Don’t forget that while we’re growing our first Growums Garden, you can take part yourself by visiting Growums.com. In addition to being able to meet the characters and buy your own Gardens, you can also sign up for Fundraising Programs for your school or organization! Tired of selling cookies, coupons, or candy bars? Growums might be what you’re looking for. Additionally, they have some great programs like Growums Goes to the Fair, a Blue Ribbon program with some creative projects for all to enjoy.
