It’s funny how one thing leads to another, but as I was putting together some toys for my daughter during Christmas, I started to recall some stuff that I had as a kid that I hadn’t really thought of in years. Case in point, the MATCHBOX Super Spin Car Wash. This thing was released many times from around 1982 onward, and I’m pretty sure that the version pictured here is the one I had in the mid 1980s. From what I can find online, it appears that the Super Spin Car Wash made it into the mid 90s. albeit with some different stickers and colors here and there. Because I’ve decided to feature this, I think it’s time to start a ”Stuff I Had When I Was a Kid” tag here on The Rock Father™.

The commerical below features the Super Spin Car Wash alongside the Matchbox Motors playset. I can’t remember entirely, but either I had that one too, or one of my friends or cousins did. Looks very familiar.
