On March 13, NICK LACHEY will digitally release A FATHER’S LULLABY, his first foray into the family music realm. The album will see a physical release in April, with CDs to be made available at Toys “R” Us, Target, and Walmart and more though Mattel subsidiary Fisher-Price, in association with Mood Entertainment. Full details on the new record arrived here at Rock Father HQ today, and I’ve got it all for you below, along with some adorable cover art.
Nick and his wife, Vanessa Minnillo, welcomed Camden into the world last September.
A FATHER’S LULLABY features twelve songs, four of which are original tracks Lachey co-wrote including “Father’s Lullaby,” “Once Upon a Time,” “Sleepy Eyes” and “Another Day Is Done.” Additional songs are covers that were hand-picked by Lachey, including “All Through the Night,” “Baby Mine,” “You Are My Sunshine,” “All the Pretty Little Horses,” “When You Wish Upon A Star,” “Godspeed (Sweet Dreams),” “Hush, Little Baby” and “Brahms’ Lullaby.”
Lachey will soon hit the road with his reunited vocal group, 98 DEGREES for “The Package” tour alongside BOYZ II MEN and NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK. I actually bought my wife, her sister, and my sister tickets to see that show in Chicago.
