You might not immediately associate this year’s remake of the 1987 hit, ROBOCOP, with Fatherhood – but in a weird way, it’s a movie with emotional elements completely tied to being a Dad. While I’ll go into that in more detail in my formal review, what I can tell you is that Joel Kinnaman does a fine job of portraying a Father that’s dealing with some extraordinary circumstances… but this is ROBOCOP, and it’s also a fine action film that movie-minded Dads will dig.
