I took three years of French in high school. It was completely impractical, and I should’ve taken Spanish instead. But, the influence of France is felt by me daily. My Paris-obsessed wife also took three years of French, and we now have various French artifacts placed in strategic locations throughout our home, but that’s not the biggie. Both of our daughters’ middle names are taken from French impressionist painters – Monet and Renoir. That said, I recently started dabbling with Little Pim’s French language set, which makes for a conversational segue into this – DidiPop’s new music video of her song “Merci.” She just released the video yesterday, and the song is now available as a FREE DOWNLOAD.
