BAND AID 30

DO THEY KNOW IT’S CHRISTMAS 2014

Bob Geldof organized an all-star cast for the 1985 recording of “Do You Know It s Christmas?” to raise funds for famine-relief efforts in Ethiopia. On the
30th anniversary of the release, the musician/philanthropist reworked the song to support West African nations in their fight against the Ebola virus. The
2014 version features cover artwork by Tracey Emin and a stunning line-up of pop superstars, including Bono, Chris Martin, One Direction, Bastille, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Emeli Sande Ellie Goulding and more. All proceeds from the sales go to The Band Aid Charitable Trust.
