QUEENSRŸCHE will release its 16th studio album, Digital Noise Alliance this fall.

Set for release on Oct. 7 via Century Media, Digital Noise Alliance was helmed by acclaimed producer Zuess (Rob Zombie, Hatebreed). Today, the band unleashed the first single and video from the new album. Check out “In Extremis” below!

“This song is about being on your deathbed surrounded by your loved ones. Clinging to the last sense available, letting them know you will still be hearing them after correspondence or perceived consciousness is visible,” QUEENSRŸCHE said in a statement. “Other conceptual metaphors flash in and out, taking note of a world that will not bend to accommodate such suffering, a universe of mockery, and a universe void of such abilities.”

QUEENSRŸCHE’s 2022 lineup includes Casey Grillo (drums), Eddie Jackson (bass), Todd La Torre (vocals), Mike Stone (guitar), and Michael Wilton (guitar).

The band will join Judas Priest this fall on the 50 Heavy Metal Years Tour.
