Tomorrow, my friends at The Walt Disney Company will debut the new Disney Junior anthem, “DJ Shuffle,” with the official music video set to appear on both Disney Channel and Disney Junior. Performed by Parry Gripp, frontman of NERF HERDER, and the mastermind behind YouTube sensations such as “Do You Like Waffles?,” the song comes from the first-ever Disney Junior compilation album, DJ SHUFFLE, which will be released on March 18th via Walt Disney Records. While you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to catch it on television, THE ROCK FATHER is proud to partner with Disney Junior to present the Exclusive Premiere, right here, right now! Get ready to do the “DJ Shuffle,” and hit play on the video below…
Did you and your little ones enjoy the “DJ Shuffle?” Have your children been part of the thousands to upload their own versions of Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go” from FROZEN to YouTube? Well, if they’re up for trying their hand at another song – perhaps one from DOC McSTUFFINS, SOFIA THE FIRST, JAKE AND THE NEVER LAND PIRATES, HENRY HUGGLEMONSTER, or other Disney Junior series’ – they just may have a chance to appear on television! Check out the details below. It’s all part of a month-long celebration of music…
The Disney Junior DJ Shuffle Event:
A multi-platform event celebrating the music of Disney Junior begins TUESDAY, MARCH 11 with the debut of the “DJ Shuffle” music video on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. The videos will be highlighted across WATCH Disney Junior and DisneyJunior.com/DJShuffle, with some chosen to air on Disney Channel and Disney Junior during a special programming event in April featuring new music-filled episodes and culminating with a family night sing-along. The “DJ Shuffle” on-air programming is sponsored by BAND-AID® Brand of Johnson & Johnson and Blip Toys Disney Princess Palace Pets.
On Monday, March 24, DisneyJunior.com/DJShuffle will debut the game “DJ Jamboree” where kids can create their own unique versions of popular Disney Junior songs. The site will also feature Disney Junior lyric sheets and music-inspired crafts.
The on-air programming event debuts on Disney Channel with a new “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” airing Tuesday, April 1 (9:00 a.m. ET/PT), where the Clubhouse gang joins Minnie on the road for a pop song performance.
